Windows 11--most recently opened Explorer window keeps popping up into the foreground

Windows Explorer pops to the foreground while performing critical data entry tasks in a production environment. Data was entered incorrectly in our system due to this issue. One incorrectly entered field can cause millions of dollars in scrap product.

Will Microsoft finally fix this before they get sued for reimburse for millions in scrap and lost productivity or do they need to get sued to light a fire under their ****?

I thought it was my external drive making this happen. But it just happened again, I immediately looked down and checked, the drive was not connected. I run a lot of automation stuff so this really makes me have to check that there is no Explorer running when I start that and turn off my screen, mad things have happened when my automation clicks like mad in that Explorer window.

Can someone at Mircosoft please look into this please?

...The more likely you will pay attention to it and try to fix it. Why? Because it can hurt your brand/image. Microsoft is selling themselves as the productivity experts these days with all their new AI solutions. However, these kinds of unproductive bugs will likely affect any productivity gain that their AI tools can give us. That's why, when I raise a complaint or create a new post, I always speak about productivity, not other potential topics that might mislead my point and their current brand as the productivity/AI experts. But I'm also honest with myself, not many people will be crazy enough to go so public, but if more people do it, the more likely it will be fixed.

I agree. I didn't mean to suggest that we shouldn't be raising awareness of this issue on multiple platforms. Again, I--and everyone with this Windows 11 issue--certainly appreciate your efforts. :)

...I'd say this is the Global usage, but not the Corporate usage. I don't know anyone who is using Windows 11 in their jobs, most of us are still running Windows 10.

That makes sense. I suppose there's a reason corporate IT departments are slow to upgrade an OS. Maybe they long ago realized what the rest of us Windows users are just discovering: Microsoft doesn't care.
