My HP laptop doesn’t show any wifi connections

My HP laptop won’t show any wifi connections when I click on the no wifi logo. The only two options on there are the airplane mode toggle which won’t work currently and the link to network settings. I’ve tried using the link and trouble shooting but it is yet to fix my problem. The laptop this issue is currently occurring on uses windows 10

    Nope, you install it using the file that you've downloaded. That file is a WIFI driver installer from HP website which I shared with you.

    Oh, I’m sorry for the inconvenience but I don’t exactly understand what the instructions on https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_2851117-2408065-16 are telling me to do

    This is the link to the WIFI driver. Click this link to download it. Then the downloaded file must be transferred to the laptop with an issue.

    After you have transferred the downloaded file, double-click it on the laptop with an issue to start the installation.

    If that is the same link at the first sent, the file has already been transferred using a usb

    This comes up after allowing the file to make changes to my pc, I assume I click next until I get the agree tick box again
