Why does my snipping tool no longer bring up the pop up image to edit?

My Snip tool used to bring the image I captured in a pop up automatically, that I could edit when using the windows key & Ctrl S. It no longer does this? Is there a setting I need to change? I have to actually open the Snip Tool Menu to get this to work now. Not sure if some update was done by my IT people that changed this.

Is this on Windows 11? I am on Windows 10, and I do not see what you show. I can find the app by slightly different navigation, but it does not show a "Reset" option.

I am still ON Windows 10, and the behavior changed - no pop-up. This means I've lost the ability to annotate the ship, like circle things using the tool it always had included.

It's fine I've fixed the issue, what I did was uninstall recent updates then reinstalled them and that fixed the issue for me, I'm guessing there was a corrupt file somewhere I'm not sure but it's working again now so all good 😉
