MiniTool PW might be able to create unallocated space before the C drive... unlike other tools (including disk mgmt), which create the unallocated space at the end of the drive.

Hi guys.
For over a week I tried to find the cause of this error message, without success. I want a clean reinstall of Windows 10 ver. 22H2 ver. 19045.2486, but will keep existing apps and settings. I use Multimdeia Creator for win 10, from a USB flash storage.
I know that a fresh install of Windows 10 will require 32GB of free storage space. My C: HDD had 77GB of free space. After deleting temporary files, trash, moving files from Dokumet and image folders, I now have more than 400GB available. I have also tried sfc /scannow oh chkdsk /c /f, the aforementioned with boot scan because the C disk must not be locked as it often is under Windows.
Does anyone know why this error might occur?
