Windows clean install-sufficient hard disk storage space. Error 0x800700EE

Hi guys.

For over a week I tried to find the cause of this error message, without success. I want a clean reinstall of Windows 10 ver. 22H2 ver. 19045.2486, but will keep existing apps and settings. I use Multimdeia Creator for win 10, from a USB flash storage.

I know that a fresh install of Windows 10 will require 32GB of free storage space. My C: HDD had 77GB of free space. After deleting temporary files, trash, moving files from Dokumet and image folders, I now have more than 400GB available. I have also tried sfc /scannow oh chkdsk /c /f, the aforementioned with boot scan because the C disk must not be locked as it often is under Windows.

Does anyone know why this error might occur?

    Please show Disk management screenshot. May be this message is about service partition not your Windows disk.

    Sorry, but clean install will not keep apps and settings. Please describe your goal and actions in more details.

    Hi.

    Not a real clean installation, as I wrote: "I want a clean reinstall of Windows 10 ver. 22H2 ver. 19045.2486, but will keep existing apps and settings." So, it's a clean installation of only Windows.

    Why this installation give error 0x800700EE?, while this day it's 425GB left as free space at my boot C: SSD disk?

    I also notice when I'm doing a backup of apps/doc/pictures including a image restore of my OS, using Windows Basckup&Restore App, it's ending with also an error, 0x800703EE. This error type seems to belongs the same family group as my heading error indicated(?)

    By my self investigation, due to a list of Windows error, the closest misnomer in this list that is in this category linked to the mistake I'm tearing my hair out for was as the picture below shows (my PC RAM usage is 24.899MB of total RAM 65.408MB) :

    You want to do a clean installation, right? If yes, clean the drive with "clean" command from diskpart tool and install Windows to an empty unpartitioned drive.

    Hello Igor.

    Thanks for reply. I have to mention, when boot my Virtual disk service, I do receive message from Windows about disk #11. Disk # is not online and needs to be initialized. If I click on a new message, the device is not ready. Up until now, I have not focused on this message and whether it has any meaning at all, just my desire for a clean installation. I suspect this device to be a 6TB Western Digital with a fault in either the SATA III or the power cable.

    Here you see the picture of my disks, where disk #0 is the bot disk. The disk was prepared for a clean Windows installation, only Windows, and later an image storage of the OS was restored. During the allocation of the size for this boot disk (DISKPARK), that part, the partition, was not optimally sized in relation to what it can be at most (930.84TB). But I'm not sure why, if anything, this relationship could have any impact on a successful clean installation with keeping apps?

    The volume for disk #0 is a pre-mounted m.X2 SSD placed on the MoBo. I see from the image of Volumes that disk #0 has 2 partitions (in volume image of the device), while the graphical image (Dynamic) of the disk shows 3 partitions. Partition 2 is 100MB, EFI system partition, no file format. Partition 3 is 589MB, basic data partition, NTFS file system. Partition 1 must be the accessible data area partition and is NTSF formatted file system.

    Disk 1 is equal to tisk 1 in SSD type.
