Was this update supposed to have fixed the issue and if so it did nothing for me as I still have the same issue and now lately I am noticing that my computer is freezing up.

Local Security Authority Protection

I have the security Action badge indicating to me that Windows security Action is required.
I open up by clicking the badge and see the notice that the Local Security Authority Protection is required to be turned on and restart the computer to which I perform those two actions.
After my computer is reloaded the Security Badge still requires me to turn Local Security Authority Protection on, as I have already done.

Which update are you referring to?
The update of the security is what caused the bug, it did not fix anything.
To fix the LSA problem introduce by the update you have to correct the registry settings as explained previously on this thread.

That is the update that added the bug. š
It did not fix anything, it needs to enable LSA, but they forgot to update the registry to allow that.
