Hi,
I want to update my graphics drivers, but Windows Update and Device Manger doesnt work, so i downloaded the graphics drivers from Asus website and wanted to use the .inf file, but when I click it, I get random graphics drivers for different graphics cards, i cant find mine... and there are a lot .inf files, which do I choose and how do I get my graphics drivers??

When you upgraded the PC was assigned a permanent Digital License to reinstall Windows 10/11 as often as you want. The older OS key is not needed again except in the rare case where it loses Digital Activation. If you ever need to reinstall just skip the key and it will reactivate after connecting to the internet to contact MS activation servers and find the DIgital License.
Can you print out the Clean Install steps somehow? If you don't have a printer email the page to a friend or family member to print for you, or email it to a local copy shop to print out. This is important. You only need to do this once and never have PC problems again if you stick with the tools, methods and steps in that tutorial.

It should. Make sure to follow the steps closely. I would Make it a diagnostic install by monitoring for the issue after you reinstall each app, Update, settings or any modifications. Have System Restore points set so you can roll back before the change that causes this, if you isolate it.
You mentioned something about backing up account settings and bookmarks in chromes, so is it important? because i dont need my bookmarks, and i dont need mails and account settings, i didnt change those. for mail i dont have important mails, is it important to do that?
