What is the presently installed Display driver that Asus says is up to date? Was it delivered by WIndows Updae.
Again, I need the actual error or message you're getting when the driver fails to install.
Is this XE driver for your card? Does it work?

But, its not for my graphics card, thats normal if it did an error, its a completely different graphics card, if you still want the error message, i can give it to you
---I will download that one again and I'll send you a screenshot.
What is the make, model, Version and date of the Display driver presently installed in Device manager? If it's the one from the Asus Downloads page I've now linked for you twice, then that may be the last one available.
I don't think that Intel HD Video 3000 card has drivers past 2016, but I've still given you every possible way to find one in case there is.
May I ask why you updated to Windows 11 on such old hardware? Are you on Windows 10 now? I would stay there as that PC is way too old to run Windows 11.

Actually, I used to have Windows 10, but I got many viruses in it, I had no idea how the viruses got there, my Windows 10 was so laggy and I couldnt even reset it, or even recover! so I just downloaded windows 11 iso , edited a file that checks my system, and got it running, and Yes I'm on Windows 10 now.
