Can you find it in your area for cheaper, or borrow one? You only need 8gb minimum.
I couldn't find, even the people I know has their USB drives are full.
(i have one but its full, whats inside it belongs to my old laptop, its very important and I can't move it to any other device)
can I try the other way of doing Clean Installation? and can you let me know how to do it?
-im sorry if im annoying you...
Until you can get a flash stick, you can run a Repair Install which reinstalls Windows while keeping your files, apps and most settings in place, brings it up to the latest version and solves most problems.

Use the ISO file you have, double click or right click to Mount it, right click to run Setup as Administrator.
so I just install it from the ISO?
