how do I force graphics driver to download?

Hi,

I want to update my graphics drivers, but Windows Update and Device Manger doesnt work, so i downloaded the graphics drivers from Asus website and wanted to use the .inf file, but when I click it, I get random graphics drivers for different graphics cards, i cant find mine... and there are a lot .inf files, which do I choose and how do I get my graphics drivers??

    when i press Eject, it says that windows cant eject this D Drive

    I don't have any important file or anything on this laptop, do i still need to back-up the Users folder?

    -sorry, i keep getting Errors when i reply, thats why im late...

    Your files will be wiped out when you reinstall.

    How about in Explorer? What's on the right click menu when you click on that drive pictured in your screenshot?
