how do I force graphics driver to download?

Hi,

I want to update my graphics drivers, but Windows Update and Device Manger doesnt work, so i downloaded the graphics drivers from Asus website and wanted to use the .inf file, but when I click it, I get random graphics drivers for different graphics cards, i cant find mine... and there are a lot .inf files, which do I choose and how do I get my graphics drivers??

    I don't have any important files or anything on this laptop, do i still need to back-up the Users folder?

    Is there anything about dismount? It's likely a stuck virtual drive started by some app you downloaded. If you remember the app you can search for it in Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
