Wdcsam64.sys driver preventing me from turning on memory integrity

I have a driver that is prohibiting me from turning on memory integrity. The driver is wdcsam64.sys. How do I turn it off or delete so I can turn on memory integrity?

    I have deleted the files manually and also installed the WD Discovery driver as mentioned by others. I search and not able to locate the OEM driver any more but I still not able to enable the Memory Integrity - Scan but no incompatibility drivers come out at all just with the same error.

    Anyone able to advice what's the next step?

    I tried exactly what you suggested but there are 3 files. two are in same folder. I took ownership of folder with my login but it says I need permission from "trustedinstaller" to make changes. The folder with two files says I need permission from "system" to make changes. Did not work as stated
