Wdcsam64.sys driver preventing me from turning on memory integrity

I have a driver that is prohibiting me from turning on memory integrity. The driver is wdcsam64.sys. How do I turn it off or delete so I can turn on memory integrity?

    Windows prevented me from deleting wdcsam64.sys! Unfortunately the print accompanying the denial was too small for my old eyes to read, even with a magnifier. It has taken days to figure out which of the five methods for enlarging font worked best for me . I'm afraid to mess with it up by fiddling with it again. Would someone please reply with the solution to this. Font in this forum is readable. I am the sole owner/user of this laptop. Many thanks.
