Wdcsam64.sys driver preventing me from turning on memory integrity

I have deleted the driver but can still access my external WD Passport drive.

I have 5 items similar to wdcsam64.sys there. Do I delete ALL of them? I tried to delete the pre-win8 sys file but I too got the no can do unless system administrator message, which I am. I give up. windows says security is fine on the computer and I have other security so I officially give up on this.

after you have searched for the file, right click on it and choose to go to the file location.

Once that folder is open in the folder address bar choose the folder it is in.

then choose the folder the file was in and right click on to the folder containing the file and choose properties. then choose security tab then the advanced button.

You have to add your windows login to the folder. As you can see everyone does not have modify permissions. You must add yourself to it.

First you will have to take "ownership" of the folder........at the top choose "change" next to "owner" that is listed. then on the next click "advanced", then on the next click "find now".

Locate your windows login from the list...it may be a hotmail, live, outlook etc....choose it then click "okay".

then click on the checkbox next to "replace owner on subcontainers and objects"

click "apply"

then click add to add yourself to the main list and select your permissions you want "full control" to be sure you can delete it.

once you are added to the list....sorry if I forgot a small step....

you should be able to delete the file from the folder as you now have permissions.

If I delete it how do I get my WD backup drive to function ?
