Yes, the process is the exact same for Windows 10 and 11
In Windows 11, open the Settings app, go to System - Activation and click 'Go to the Store' to switch to Windows 11 Home for free.
"Choose where to get apps from" feature missing in Windows 11 Advanced App Settings

I am looking for my "Choose where to get apps from" button and can't find it anywhere. When I go to "apps" It show advanced app settings and under the heading shows "Choose where to get apps from", but when I click on Advanced App Settings, there's no "Choose where to apps from option!" Can anyone help me get this option back?!

I was able to download my software program, but it won't let me open it because it's not Microsoft verified, & suggests I change my settings, so here I sit, trying every suggestion I can find, but they all get me to the same place, frustrated & irritated.
