Windows Key + V (Clipboard) Not Working

Hello, I have had this problem with the Clipboard, when I do the shortcut (Windows Key + V) It does this

It opens up this Transparent Box and a second later it closes, Clipboard History is turned on and it turns off after restart. Any help?

    I found out solution by my self. I believe that will work for You too.

    1. Type "devmgmt.msc" in your windows explorer (left bottom)
    2. Find "Keyboards"
    3. Remove all keyboard drivers
    4. Plug out your keyboard
    5. Plug in your keyboard

    Should be work:)

    No idea how it works with laptop but I believe doing same steps without 4, 5 of course. Restart your device after it and check.

    Hi Man,

    Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type services.msc

    Press Enter.

    In the list of services, there is a process called - clipboard user or something similar.

    Right click on that and choose Refresh !!

    this got mine to be solved (clipboard appears instantly) unless like before takes time to load !!

    Hi Danz,
    I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

    Let us try if restarting the Explorer process helps.

    Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. You may need to select More details at the bottom of the window to see everything.

    Select the Processes tab.

    Scroll down to Windows Explorer, select it, then select Restart.

    The process may take a few seconds, and your taskbar and Start menu may not be visible while Windows Explorer restarts. You can close Task Manager when the process is complete.

    Edit 29 April 2024: Happened again. Had the trusty process. Why does it keep happening though 🤷🏿‍♀️

    mine is running, i tried restarting it and it doesnt works
