Hello, I have had this problem with the Clipboard, when I do the shortcut (Windows Key + V) It does this
It opens up this Transparent Box and a second later it closes, Clipboard History is turned on and it turns off after restart. Any help?

explorer.exe /r
this will restart the explorer services and might also be worth running a sfc /scannow -

2024-11-29T17:27:02+00:00 Run services.msc. Find "Clipboard User Service..." on list. RMB in "Startup Type" column and "Restart". Fixed the problem for me.
