Samsung friends - rejoice!
Have finally figured out a fix that worked for me. Enabling Phone Link as an Admin App made this super annoying problem go away.

I've been using the "Phone Link" app on my computer and mobile and this has let me mirror my phone on my computer and enabled me to unlock the phone screen from my PC. However I'm no longer able to unlock from the PC and it is showing the following message: "Unlock on your phone. To keep your credential private and secure, we need you to unlock your phone to continue." Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

How do you Enable Phone Link as an Admin App?
On the phone, Settings > Security and Privacy > More security settings > Device admin apps (or, easier, search for "Device admin apps"). Turn on "Link to Windows".
That said, it didn't work for me - Phone Link still prompts me to unlock my phone if I try to run an app.
Thanks for the instructions. It does not work for me either.
I temporarily have a dumb phone so I can't test this out myself but I was told that it is possible to set an automation command(in your samsung phone) whenever your computer connects through phone link to your phone so that it automatically unlocks your phone.
PS: Sorry, in advance if it doesn't work.
