New issue with unlocking my Samsung phone via phone link app on PC

I've been using the "Phone Link" app on my computer and mobile and this has let me mirror my phone on my computer and enabled me to unlock the phone screen from my PC. However I'm no longer able to unlock from the PC and it is showing the following message: "Unlock on your phone. To keep your credential private and secure, we need you to unlock your phone to continue." Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

Hello, I think I found something that worked for me on Samsung ultra-22. The issue is not with the phone link app but with the device. You have to disable "stay on lock screen until swipe" option in device settings. Hope it works for everyone!

    Thank you for sharing

Does it allow you to be able access your phone via Phone link on the pc without physically touching your phone?

Also do you have to be using face recognition as your unlock method ?

    Thank you

My phone "stay on lock screen until swipe" feature is deactivated and the Phone Link unlock problem still there. There is no connection whatsoever between that setting and Phone Link problem discussed here.

Yes, because I use extend unlock. But before disabling the swipe thing even extend unlock alone wasn't able to do the trick, because I needed to physically swipe the unlock screen. Hope this clarifies the matter.

Direct from Microsoft: "Extend Unlock will keep your device unlocked for up to 4 hours at a time."

Your non-solution has been discussed at length and multiple times on this thread. Read and learn.
