I've been using the "Phone Link" app on my computer and mobile and this has let me mirror my phone on my computer and enabled me to unlock the phone screen from my PC. However I'm no longer able to unlock from the PC and it is showing the following message: "Unlock on your phone. To keep your credential private and secure, we need you to unlock your phone to continue." Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

Please correct me if I am wrong and it worked before - You would need to unlock the device once.
If that is not the case, can you ensure the Phone Link App on your Phone has all the permissions, like screen reading etc?
