This seems to be a new thing and the above steps did not resolve it for me. I have come to rely on this. No names forces me to keep staring at my phone.

Displays mix of number and contact names. Used to display Names only. It's free, so I guess I get what I pay for?

On your Phone, Open Link to Windows permissions.
Turn off contact permissions.
Open the app on your PC once.
Turn on the permissions from your Phone.
Open the app again on your PC.
