This update keeps return install error 0x80070103 in W11. Why won't it install?

    Did you try it? I guess not. It works for me. And please stop with your arrogant attitude, it doesn't solve the problem, we all want to help. I'm not an HP driver developer who can only fix this bug, but since it is here from 2019 I guess the only option is this.

    I have shut down my computer, disconnected the usb cable, restarted and uninstalled HP printer, but I still have 2 of these notices in my Windows Update:

    Hewlett-Packard - USB - 4/8/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1.0.0.237

    Install error - 0x80070103

    And I haven't even reinstalled the HP printer.

    Is there another step I have to take to remove these notices at least until the next Windows update?
