This update keeps return install error 0x80070103 in W11. Why won't it install?

    I was able to chat with Microsoft agent and he was able to remove the update that was causing an error. I did have to give him remote access.

    BECAUSE hp AND Microsoft ARE TOO WORRIED ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND OBLIVIOUS TO ANY KIND OF HELP WITH THERE SCREW UPS LIKE THIS ONE. MY FIX WORKS - TEMPORARIYY AT LEAST - TRY IT!
