We just finished all of my clients update to 23H2 - my idea works - not convenient but finally got around the HP USB driver update that both HP and Microsoft can not seem to fix that blocked feature updates. Sigh.

This update keeps return install error 0x80070103 in W11. Why won't it install?

2024-01-10T22:53:54+00:00 The USB driver IS INSTALLED! For some reason Windows believes the driver is NOT and I blame HP for making the driver or its registration done incorrectly. Oddly both Microsoft and HP are clueless to what should be an easy fix!
