This update keeps return install error 0x80070103 in W11. Why won't it install?

    works for me on my clients pcs - another alternative is to exclude ALL window driver updates and then reconnect printer usb and that also works but means you need to do driver updates manually. Can't believe HP or Microsoft can't fix this ridiculous error! Running HP tool or hide update FIX is waste of time. Excluding the driver with gpedit has not worked either for me using device driver ids.

    My fix is only for an HP USB driver failure - not any other HP failures

    All of my clients' pcs will finally be at 23H2 after this fix ... of course if you don't block drivers updates after reconnecting HP to USB port returns the issue.
