    Good news - kind of - Microsoft is dropping support for third party windows drivers. Hopefully this ends garbage drivers from HP that WILL NOT PROPERLY INSTALL!

    Why doesn't it install

    because it already is installed but not correctly registered as being done and no one wants to fix it - juts hide it - incompetent uncaring technical support at HP and Microsoft - as usual
