There are many people reporting that driver update in the last few days, that HP diver update if from 2019, that is not required on your PC, it is a known bug that it is appearing on your updates page in the settings app.

You can use the Microsoft Show/Hide Tool to hide that update to stop Windows trying to install that driver.

Second link is irrelevant for me since these are all HP computers! I feel for those people that have that issue. This must be rocket science and apparently neither HP or Microsoft have rocket engineers on staff.

not the case for my clients who all HAVE HP LaserJet printers attached. Nice try? There is a bug alright but its in the Microsoft and HP driver they both can't and won't fix!

It is a HP usb printer driver.

There is a bug that computers without hp printers got installed with HP printer drivers and HP print smart app.

And this "fix" only "hides" it until next os version then it reappears then or sooner! GARBAGE replies here saying run hide update over and over again are clueless Microsoft puppets repeating same **** over and over and think that they are instant experts. THIS SHOULD BE AN EASY FIX FOR MISCROSOFT OR HP!
