This update keeps return install error 0x80070103 in W11. Why won't it install?

    There is no permanent fix and likely never will be! What I did to get around it and get all of my client pcs fully updated including ALL optional and driver updates was the following.

    1 - disconnect any usb hp printer from pc

    2 - uninstall driver in printers and devices

    3 - restart pc

    4 - run updates and you notice no issues with hp driver

    5 - shut pc down

    6 - connect hp printer usb cable

    7 - repower and verify printer reinstalled

    Repeating some drivel over and over is not an answer. I posted a solution work around that actually works - you and others tell people to hide it - right. But the real solution is to get someone at these megacorps to actually care or just tell us they don't!
