This update keeps return install error 0x80070103 in W11. Why won't it install?

    The USB driver IS INSTALLED! For some reason Windows believes the driver is NOT and I blame HP for making the driver or its registration done incorrectly. Oddly both Microsoft and HP are clueless to what should be an easy fix!

    All of my clients' pcs will finally be at 23H2 after this fix ... of course if you don't block drivers updates after reconnecting HP to USB port returns the issue.
