    BECAUSE hp AND Microsoft ARE TOO WORRIED ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND OBLIVIOUS TO ANY KIND OF HELP WITH THERE SCREW UPS LIKE THIS ONE. MY FIX WORKS - TEMPORARIYY AT LEAST - TRY IT!
