    Hi D_W_L,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

There are many people reporting that driver update in the last few days, that HP diver update if from 2019, that is not required on your PC, it is a known bug that it is appearing on your updates page in the settings app.

You can use the Microsoft Show/Hide Tool to hide that update to stop Windows trying to install that driver.

    Solution did not work.

Ran the Microsoft Show/Hide Tool. It said it fixed the problem, but update is still trying to install Hewlett-Packard - USB - 4/8/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1.0.0.237.

Yes, I runs its process and ends with the screen below, but the updates are still waiting to be installed.

Unfortunately, the snip & sketch has disappeared. That is what I need the store for. I have to do ctrl+alt+print screen, paste it to paint, and save it to get the shots below.

    Hi everyone,

I also get this error but i manage to delete it. What I do I just remove all the HP printer device from my PC, then I refresh the windows update. It 100% working for my PC.

    Hope this will help.
