My new crucial mx500 does not show on bios so I cant install windows, why?

Bought a new crucial mx500 sata ssd, for my asus x555ld, to make it a litle faster, but it does not show up on bios, it does show on list part, and if I boot from usb drive, I can see it as an option to install windows, but then it says it does not have a driver, any ideas?

    Disabled CSM, booted, but its the same, at the windows installation window, there is always some sort of error, used diskpart to make the ssd either MBR or GPT but both give me problems, still with issues

    Hi Bruno,

    Yes, when you create the USB with the Media Creation tool, please follow the steps above exactly, CSM must be disabled permanently for a UEFI setup.

    So with the new one, I should have to disable CSM to see my usb drive?

    Hi Bruno,

    If you can see the USB drive when CSM is enabled, then the USB is created incorrectly for an old Legacy BIOS with Rufus.

    On your system it all needs to be set up for UEFI BIOS.

    I still feel like the problem isn't usb drive related, because the other usb did the same, the ssd just does not get detected on my bios.

    But im already creating the new usb drive, and I'll try those options you said
