My new crucial mx500 does not show on bios so I cant install windows, why?

Bought a new crucial mx500 sata ssd, for my asus x555ld, to make it a litle faster, but it does not show up on bios, it does show on list part, and if I boot from usb drive, I can see it as an option to install windows, but then it says it does not have a driver, any ideas?

    Btw, i've tried a different boot usb drive, that my friend had, and he used it after and worked just fine (on the day the ssd arrived) and it would still not work here, but i'm doing the new one anyway

    Hi Bruno. don't format the dive, let the Windows Media Creation Tool do that automatically.

    Should the pen drive be in fat32 or ntfs?
