RealTek Extension Downloads Not Working

I use Windows 11 and this morning I got some notifications that I needed to download some RealTek extensions but they are not working, The three are:

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9366.1

Install error - 0x80070103

Anyone know why this is happening and if the update it legit or not?

    My Realtek extension that I have to download, it doesn't allow me to do it. how am I able to download it back again
