RealTek Extension Downloads Not Working

I use Windows 11 and this morning I got some notifications that I needed to download some RealTek extensions but they are not working, The three are:
Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427
Install error - 0x80070103
Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427
Install error - 0x80070103
Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9366.1
Install error - 0x80070103
Anyone know why this is happening and if the update it legit or not?

2023-02-15T02:41:58+00:00 i had to reach out to support. i’m not tech savvy and honestly i don’t really understand what realtek is for other than as soon as the errors occurred paramount+ wouldn’t work lol. the tech had me go to the hp support page and under the softwares and drivers page, i had to manually download the files labeled realtek. i’m still getting an error on my windows update but everything works now so idk

2023-02-16T22:17:25+00:00 February 16, 2023 - I am having the same issue (Install Error - 0x80070103) with several Realtek, Intel and LG Electronics updates on my LG Gram running Windows 11 Version 22H2, OS Build 22621.1265. At least I know I'm not alone.
