You install Drivers from the system maker's support There would usually be a shortcut to that makers update utility on your system

I use Windows 11 and this morning I got some notifications that I needed to download some RealTek extensions but they are not working, The three are:
Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427
Install error - 0x80070103
Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427
Install error - 0x80070103
Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9366.1
Install error - 0x80070103
Anyone know why this is happening and if the update it legit or not?

ve had the same problem. Here is what Ive done to solve the problem:1- Windows troubleshoot (Start/Settings-System/Troubleshoot/Other troubleshooters/Windows update/Run)
2- Wait up to 5 minutes until the problem is detected and resolved.
3- Go back to windows update to retry.
