RealTek Extension Downloads Not Working

I use Windows 11 and this morning I got some notifications that I needed to download some RealTek extensions but they are not working, The three are:

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9366.1

Install error - 0x80070103

Anyone know why this is happening and if the update it legit or not?

    Did not work for me at all. It's been "Resolving problems" for the past 15-20 minutes. Microsoft being Microsoft. I will mentioned that I am doing this on the ROG Ally, so I will save my utter hatred for all things Microsoft a little while longer as this may be a problem with it being a handheld and not a laptop or desktop. But I still hate Microsoft, regardless.

    Today Ive had the same problem. Here is what Ive done to solve the problem:

    1- Windows troubleshoot (Start/Settings-System/Troubleshoot/Other troubleshooters/Windows update/Run)

    2- Wait up to 5 minutes until the problem is detected and resolved.

    3- Go back to windows update to retry.

    Good luck
