Install error - 0x80070103

Everything that has been suggested as other people have but the errors still persist we have all come to the conclusion that it is a microsoft problem and we are all hoping they fix it soon

Even so, I would recommend pausing the updates for about a week just on the off chance this is something on Windows' end.

I think this recent issue is separate from the issue that Rafael originally presented last year, since a lot of people from both Windows 10 and 11 across different platforms are talking about how they're having this problem.

I found a really easy fix. This error is due to the updates already being installed.

Simply scroll down in the Windows Updates, and:

1. click on pause updates for 1 week.
2. resume updates again

Windows updates will recheck for new updates and it will be fixed.
