    The long list of updates which would not install is now not showing, I'm hoping they have been installed!?

    Nice clear instructions for a computer **** to follow, It finally worked when I ran the 10forums reset windows update components for windows 11.

    I found a really easy fix. This error is due to the updates already being installed.

    Simply scroll down in the Windows Updates, and:

    1. click on pause updates for 1 week.
    2. resume updates again

    Windows updates will recheck for new updates and it will be fixed.

    This was so stupid easy! And it FIXED the problem. THANK YOU!
