Windows 11 Browse For Folder Dialog Issue - Only Desktop

In several programs, when I need to set a folder location for example, and open the Browse Dialog, I'm only shown the Desktop folder. I can't access any folder outside of "Desktop". It doesn't make a difference to run the programs as admin.

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 22H2

Installed on ‎21/‎09/‎2022

OS build 22623.730

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22636.1000.0

    I am having this problem too. If I disable saving Desktop in One Drive, I can see the folder I need to select. Once I selected the folders, I need for the particular problem, those folders will stay set. I then returned to One Drive and reselected it to start back saving the Desktop. Although the programs will retain their settings, I still cannot see the folders I need other than the Desktop. This was caused by the update to 22H2 at least build version 22621.819. Can Microsoft get on this right away?

    While there is a lot of talk about this, has Microsoft targeted and identified this and plan to fix it? This problem is causing all such programs that depend upon the use off the folder window to browse for folders to be saved by backup systems such as O&O's Auto Back Up. I did note that files are available but not the folders, except the desktop. This did happen during the latest version update from Windows 11 21H2 to Windows 11 22H2.

    Sorry if my post might have sounded impolite. I think it should not take a registry hack to make these things work again.
