Yesterday, I contacted the Microsoft Windows Support Team. They informed me that this issue has been identified and, to resolve it, an update will be released soon (probably by the end of this month).
I reverted back to Windows 10 four days ago. Today I got a notification for the Windows 11 22H2 update. Please inform me when they release the fix so that I can proceed with the Windows 11 update.

I didn't have latest dev build, i have only one laptop, all works going on that laptop only, so currently i Don't want test dev build.
Sorry, I'm using latest Beta build. I really don't know how to fix this, but it's likely some sort of Windows 11 bug.
ok, this is bad. Just did a re-install of the beta (build 22623.870) and with a fresh install (Saved settings and files), it's showing the same problem. I don't want to wipe the disk to go back to non beta. Any ideas?
2022-10-25: I just did a full reset using the Version 22H2 ISO from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 and am on Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.675). The Windows Security -> Device Security page is saying "Standard hardware security not supported". Consequently settings for Core Isolation, Security Processor, Secure Boot and Data Encryption are not available, which were before the reset.
This is on a high-spec workstation laptop that the PC Health Check app says meets all Windows 11 requirements: Secure Boot, TPM 2.0 enabled, Intel Core i7-9750H CPU, 32GB RAM, 1024GB NVMe SSD, 6 processor cores and all the necessary [BIOS] options enabled for UEFI, Secure Boot, virtualisation, TPM, data encryption, etc.

When "Go to settings" is clicked, an error is displayed:
This is clearly a bug, and people should avoid ripping out drivers to try fix this.
