Yesterday, I contacted the Microsoft Windows Support Team. They informed me that this issue has been identified and, to resolve it, an update will be released soon (probably by the end of this month).

I reverted back to Windows 10 four days ago. Today I got a notification for the Windows 11 22H2 update. Please inform me when they release the fix so that I can proceed with the Windows 11 update.

    I have reinstalled windows 11 on my Lenovo ideapad 5 laptop because of the same problem. You say it would be sorted in November...this in January and it's still not sorted...can you say why because in the BIOS everything is enabled

    If you've a recovery drive with either Windows 10 or 11, you can try the steps I've said, and you'll have your problems get fixed. Or else try a clean Windows 10 or 11 install on your system and have your system files backed up.

    If you're going for clean install, I would recommend Windows 10 and wait for Windows 11 to get the issue fixed and then you can plan for an upgrade.
