Yesterday, I contacted the Microsoft Windows Support Team. They informed me that this issue has been identified and, to resolve it, an update will be released soon (probably by the end of this month).

I reverted back to Windows 10 four days ago. Today I got a notification for the Windows 11 22H2 update. Please inform me when they release the fix so that I can proceed with the Windows 11 update.

Thank you.

We have had this same issue with the HP EliteDesk 800 G5 Desktop Mini since MS released the September build of 22H2, and it is still an issue with the November release as others have stated. We don't have this issue on our other HP desktops or laptops.

I was hopeful that it was related to a BSOD (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE) known issue that we also have with this model running various Win11 22H2 Enterprise builds, but after implementing Enric's workaround and re-enabling DMA Protection and all the virtualization features via BIOS, the BSOD returns.

At first login, prior to any BSOD events, msinfo32 shows that Kernel DMA Protection is "On" and Virtualization-based security is "Enabled but not running". Core Isolation = "Page not available".

There is a thread here about it, and MS feedback was submitted on it: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/all/windows-11-22h2-getting-stuck/de6fdc6d-2fb9-4e76-b3df-c14cf6c1774e?page=1

Is anyone else battling a BSOD with this Core Isolation issue by chance?

Now have two recent builds that memory check is frozen at start screen.

Seems to be more than one bug with all these non-security enhancements.
