Yesterday, I contacted the Microsoft Windows Support Team. They informed me that this issue has been identified and, to resolve it, an update will be released soon (probably by the end of this month).

I reverted back to Windows 10 four days ago. Today I got a notification for the Windows 11 22H2 update. Please inform me when they release the fix so that I can proceed with the Windows 11 update.

Thank you.

    Thanks Enric!

You have been very helpful! I am not super techy but I know a bit from being a IT Helpdesk/Sys Tech for 16 years; however, out of the workforce the past 3 years. Some of the issues are probably user error - ID 10 IT - and not bugs, just the new UI and the new version. I decided to leave Protection History/Controlled Access Folder off as it was blocking most apps, programs and files. I guess I can turn it on and just keep selecting allow. I have an accent colour set in personalization and found I can see the accent colour in the File Explorer title bar but only if I run sfc /scannow at startup. Once I shutdown the colour reverts to grey at next startup. No biggie, just an observation that the chosen accent colour only stays present on all other title bars except the File Explorer.

I also noticed if I set Memory Integrity to OFF the Device Security shows an exclamation. I am able to access Device Security and turn it back on. It was weird though because everything was fine yesterday and at bootup today I was taken to a screen to complete my set up, but I already did all that yesterday morning after a factory reset, and rebooted a couple times. Today at boot up I saw the exclamation on Windows Security. In the end, all is well again but don't know why I randomly get a "finish setup" screen at setup. Maybe the Experience Package software is turned on?
