Thank you for your reply, the information you have provided has helped me a lot in analyzing this problem.
If the problem does not exist on the previous version, I suggest you to reset the bios settings, how to reset the bios please refer to the motherboard manual or consult the device manufacturer.

If you are going to modify BIOS Settings, please back up all your personal files first to ensure you do not lose data.
If you have recently updated Windows, we recommend that you open Windows Update History and uninstall the update to see if that fixes the problem.
Open Settings > click Windows Update > Update history> Uninstall Updates > click the update you want to uninstall > click the "Uninstall" button above.
