Yesterday, I contacted the Microsoft Windows Support Team. They informed me that this issue has been identified and, to resolve it, an update will be released soon (probably by the end of this month).

I reverted back to Windows 10 four days ago. Today I got a notification for the Windows 11 22H2 update. Please inform me when they release the fix so that I can proceed with the Windows 11 update.

Thank you.

This solution did work for me. Core isolation and Security processor are now activated again.

Am I supposed to revert the ownership of the folder to System from Admin after this procedure?

    Thanks

    Hello.

This feature is closely related to the virtualization-based security feature, so your processor must support virtualization, and virtualization must be enabled in the BIOS/UEFI firmware. This will be the first requirement.

Then, in order to activate Memory Integrity it will be necessary to enable it from the registry. Follow these steps:

Note: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or another method. These problems may require the operating system to be reinstalled again. Modify the Registry at your own risk.

    1. Press Windows+R keys
    2. In the Open box, type regedit and press Enter. The registry editor will open.
    3. Locate the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity

    1. In the right pane for this key, create or modify the REG_DWORD Enabled value, which must be set to 0 (zero). By default it is usually 1 (ie integrity disabled).
    2. Close the registry editor and reboot the system.

Note: When the "Enabled" value of the above registry key is set to 0, you can enable or disable memory integrity, i.e. the switch is free to enable or disable, but as long as the processor supports that feature.
