Yesterday, I contacted the Microsoft Windows Support Team. They informed me that this issue has been identified and, to resolve it, an update will be released soon (probably by the end of this month).
I reverted back to Windows 10 four days ago. Today I got a notification for the Windows 11 22H2 update. Please inform me when they release the fix so that I can proceed with the Windows 11 update.

So I have the same issue with a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro. I have made two entries in this and Lenovo's forums regarding steps I have tried based on community advice but have not had any success. In quick summary, I have the "memory integrity is off" and "standard hardware security not supported" problems and the errors on the Device Security page.
After resetting the PC three times and trying different suggestions, I finally went a little 'deeper in the pool' and installed the Windows Insider Dev channel build:
Windows 11 Home Insider Preview, Evaluation copy. Build 25262.rs_prerelease.221205-1627
Result: No issues with Windows Security on boot (icon has a green checkmark). All green checks on the "Security at a glance" page. The Device Security page says Core Isolation is active and Secure Boot is on. It still says "Standard hardware security not supported" as the last entry but this is closer to what I had when I first upgraded the system to Windows 11.
This dev build may not be the environment for daily work stability but it sounds like Microsoft may have resolved some of the issues that presumably were broken during the 22H2 update. I will add more info but it is likely that when Microsoft releases its next update some of this code may be included to resolve the issue.
