Yesterday, I contacted the Microsoft Windows Support Team. They informed me that this issue has been identified and, to resolve it, an update will be released soon (probably by the end of this month).

I reverted back to Windows 10 four days ago. Today I got a notification for the Windows 11 22H2 update. Please inform me when they release the fix so that I can proceed with the Windows 11 update.

Thank you.

Do a reset again but choose Remove Everything and select from the Cloud.

Interesting work around. May try it today.

However, I decided to but a new MOBO and CPU since my MSI MPG 390 is the only one that does this. Worked fine for a year and the recent updates killed it.

So, if I clone this with WD Acronis will that be an issue? Or should I just do a fresh boot to a USB stick. Cloning is easier but I do not want to replicate the same issue.

Still wondering why Mem Checker doesn't execute properly on another unit. Did the missing file check and it installed a few more files. LOL

Thanks but Windows Update is already linked to my Insider Program account like these instructions suggest.
