Windows 11 Do Not Distrub constantly turns itself on

I have turned it off in Windows setting multiple times but it keeps turning back on. I do not want it on and I have never wanted it on. I did not know it was even a possibility to turn it on until it started doing it on its own.

How do I turn it off and leave it turned off for good?

    Even the developers don't know how to fix the problem and they created the OS themselves!

    Do you even know what you're talking about? This isn't in any of the trees under anything under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, HKEY_CURRENT_USER, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, HKEY_USERS or HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG!

    Explain to yourself why you had to make this a difficult thread? Others may not know how to do this part.

    In my case I have found that when the checkbox is enabled for "When using an app in full-screen mode" (under "Turn on do not disturb automatically" in Settings > System > Notifications), then DND will turn on under all kinds of odd scenarios (such as maximizing Chrome or Edge, moving MS Teams to a particular monitor, etc). After unchecking that option this issue appears to have been resolved for me. Your mileage may vary, but I hope this helps someone.

    Thanks so much, I didn't know those options were there I did disable:

    1. When duplicating your display.
    2. When playing a game.
    3. When using an app in full-screen mode.
    4. for the first hour after a Windows feature update
