Windows 11 Do Not Distrub constantly turns itself on

I have turned it off in Windows setting multiple times but it keeps turning back on. I do not want it on and I have never wanted it on. I did not know it was even a possibility to turn it on until it started doing it on its own.

How do I turn it off and leave it turned off for good?

    There is no difference, even with "do not disturb" i seem to be getting all notifications

    Do you see any difference, because chrome always shows notifications. No matter what setting is used. The priority settings on my system have only os apps. So why is Chrome getting through

    You see any differece? Because i still receive Chrome notifications, no matter the state of DnD

    Duh, if notifications is off completely, the DnD has no relation to that section. Of course it would show, if it would, than Windows is really broken
